This Cedar Waxwing was photographed at
a distance of about 35 feet using the
Coolpix 5400 and the Televue 40mm
Plössl. One nice thing about the 5
megapixels is the ability to crop and still
have a reasonable number of pixels to work
with for monitor viewing.
The Cedar Waxing to the
right was cropped from the
photograph above and
downsized to640x449.
Cedar Waxwings are about
7.25 inches long.
